Kaneko Family House (Designated Tangible Cultural Property of Fujimi City)

This is a main house of Kaneko family built at Mizuko in the city in 1871. Kaneko family was an oil merchant as well as a farmer, so that it was made as farmhouse as a whole, and has characters of merchant house such as a broad dirt floor (Doma) and a lifting door beside entrance. The building area is about 176 m2.
